1. Sweepstakes Period and Eligibility.  The Life in Color $10,000 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 02/21/2022 at 12:01 am PT and ends on 08/01/2022 at 11:59 pm PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States [except New York and Florida], and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.  Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates or any business or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members of any of the above (meaning spouses, parents, siblings and children living in the same household) are not eligible to enter or win.  Void [in New York and Florida and] where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws.

1. How to Enter.  There are two ways to enter:

 

Entry via Online Donation:  During the Sweepstakes Period, navigate to https://lifeincolorcharity.com/products/10-000-giveaway. Follow the instructions on the website.  Complete all the required information requested on the entry form in order to make a donation to Sponsor. 
A donation of $5.00 will receive twenty (20) entries into the Sweepstakes.
A donation of $10.00 will receive fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes.
A donation of $25.00 will receive two hundred fifty (250) entries into the Sweepstakes.
A donation of $50.00 will receive nine hundred (900) entries into the Sweepstakes.
A donation of $100.00 will receive two thousand (2000) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Entry via Mail:  To enter the Sweepstakes without making a donation, during the Sweepstakes Period, clearly hand print your full name, complete street address, daytime telephone number, email address and date of birth on a 4” x 6” postcard (with no outer envelope) and mail with proper postage in the U.S. mail to: Life in Color $10,000 Sweepstakes Entry, 5575 Simmons St. #1-265, Las Vegas, Nevada 89031.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end date of the Sweepstakes Period and received within 7 days of the end date of the Sweepstakes Period.  Each mail-in entry will be assigned two thousand (2000) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Limit a total of 6,000 entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry. 

1. Conditions of Entry.  By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in each instance.  Entries without all of the required information will be disqualified.  Proof of your submission is not proof of the Sponsor’s receipt.  Any attempt at or form of entry other than as expressly specified in these Rules is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.  No correspondence about submissions will be answered.  Submissions shall be void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors or do not comply strictly with all requirements in these rules.  No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen or misdirected mail or entries or any failure or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications or Internet uploading or other connections.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes, to harass or interfere with any other entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by Sponsor in its absolute discretion.  By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of the privacy policies and website terms and conditions of the Sponsor. 

 

1. Prize and Odds.  One (1) Grand Prize: $10,000.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prize may not be substituted or transferred by winner; however, if prize becomes unavailable or otherwise at Sponsor’s option the Sponsor reserves the right to unilaterally substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Taxes and any other expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of winner.  Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize. 

1. Selection of Winner/Validation.  Winner will be chosen on or about 08/10/2022 by random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  Potential winner will be notified by telephone or email and will be required to sign, notarize and return when requested an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Prize Release and, except where prohibited, an Advertising/Publicity Release confirming the winner’s identification and eligibility, releasing Sponsor from liability relating to the Sweepstakes and prize awarded, and providing Sponsor with the right to obtain (upon Sponsor’s request) and display and use a photo of the winner, as well as his or her name and city/state or city of residence on Sponsor’s website, or social media sites, and in related promotional materials.  If the winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, forms must be executed by his/her parent or legal guardian. Signed documents returned by fax or electronically will have the same force and effect as original documents.  If such documents are not returned within five (5) business days of the date sent, or if any prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification may result, and prize will be awarded to the selected alternate.  In the event of a dispute as to identity of any online entrant, the actual individual named on the online entry form will be deemed to be the official entrant unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor. 

 

1. Release/Indemnification By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that you may be awarded, you agree that the employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and their advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and anyone involved in the production, development or implementation of this Sweepstakes shall not be liable for any and all actions, claims, including any third-party claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from or relating to this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

1. Right to Cancel or Suspend Sweepstakes If for any reason the Sweepstakes, including the online segment of the Sweepstakes, is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemics, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly select winner(s) from valid entries received that are unaffected by the problem. Entries void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors.

 

1. Prize Winner’s Name.  For the name of Prize Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Life in Color $10,000 Sweepstakes Prize Winner Request, 5575 Simmons St. #1-265, Las Vegas, Nevada 89031 by 08/05/2022.
